If a fault on our side stops signals from reaching your channel, contact support. We review each case and may, at our discretion, credit the affected period.
We may stop any plan at any time without prior notice. Its recurring billing is cancelled at the same time, so no further payment is charged. Any refund for the current period is at our discretion, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
